What should I do if the product is difficult to assemble or the connectors won't snap in?

First, check that the holes on the fence panels are aligned and ensure the side with the holes is facing downward [refer to the XZ12 Cloud Model manual]. Once aligned, apply even downward pressure; do not force the parts together, as this may damage the connectors.
What should I do if the fence feels unstable or wobbly after installation?

Ensure the product is placed on a flat, level surface [refer to the "Precautions" section of the manual]. For connectors with suction cups, ensure the cups adhere firmly to the floor. For mobile combination models, check that the wheels are unlocked and resting properly on the ground [refer to the XZ12 Cloud Model - Mobile Combination manual].
How should I clean the product if it gets dirty?
